Toshua Woodson is a native of Austin, Texas. She is very familiar with the Austin area. Toshua is currently employed by The Office of Inspector General, were she holds the position of an Investigator in the Chief Counsel - Litigation Division. Toshua has been employed with the state of Texas for 23 years. This position holds a bevy of responsibilities to include reviewing cases, negotiating settlements, conducting informal resolution meetings with outside providers and other state agencies, stemming from cases from the Office of Attorney General - Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Toshua identifies any administrative program violations and determines the appropriate actions to take. Throughout her 23 years of state service, Toshua has held various positions at the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC), and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Toshua decided to become a realtor to continue her dedication to public service by continuing to serve the public with diligence, perseverance, kindness, integrity and professionalism.
